Delivery Information

1) Door-step delivery (except bulky items) shall be within Sri Lanka only (Excluding Public Holidays), and the following fee table shall apply:

Delivery charge with in Colombo district Rs. 1000.00
Out of Colombo district Rs 1500.00

* Delivery will be made with in three business days after order.

* Unlike online market place that charged per item based, our delivery fee is charged per order based, there is also no limit of items per order.

Note: Delivery into customer's premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and Life Zone shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises.

2) Customers will be allowed to select delivery time slots, after which our processing team will revert with the nearest available date of delivery.

3) If customer fails to receive the goods on the specified date/time, he/she has the option to do a self-collection at our warehouse or pay a re-delivery fee as per the fee table above.
